Bryan Donze, P.E., RSP, currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC (KEG) where he leads and manages a team of engineers, technicians, and planners working on projects throughout the Midwest. With more than 20 years of experience in transportation engineering, project delivery, and construction operations, he is a licensed Professional Engineer and a certified Road Safety Professional. Mr. Donze specializes in roadway and intersection improvements, traffic operations and safety studies, roadway geometric design, utility coordination, drainage design, and construction engineering. Prior to joining KEG in 2018, he spent more than a decade with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), where he gained extensive experience delivering complex transportation projects from planning and design through construction. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams on federal, state, and local transportation projects, developing practical, cost-effective solutions that enhance mobility, improve safety, and minimize impacts to surrounding communities. Known for his collaborative and solutions-oriented leadership style, Mr. Donze excels at bringing together agencies, stakeholders, and technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes. He is also a frequent presenter and instructor for state transportation agencies, including IDOT and INDOT, as well as professional engineering and transportation associations, where he shares insights on traffic engineering, roadway safety, project delivery, and transportation innovation. His unique combination of design, utility coordination, traffic engineering, and construction experience provides valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing today's transportation industry.
