Fay has over 15 years of experience supporting transportation decisions in a variety of contexts and across the planning and project delivery continuum. Fay believes it’s hugely important that our roads and public spaces contribute to our quality of life. She currently directs a new corridor planning initiative at MnDOT intended to increase planning work agency-wide. Corridor plans will bridge state transportation goals, including safety, sustainability, equity, and economic development, with MnDOT’s project selection. Fay is a resident of Minneapolis, MN, and a graduate of Macalester College and the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
