Holly Primm brings nearly two decades of experience in public service. Her primary role is leading the equitable distribution, planning, program management, and oversight of approximately $2 billion in state and federal funding each year to nearly 3,000 local public agencies through formula programs and competitive grants, ensuring that local transportation priorities move forward efficiently and effectively.
