Sandy serves as the inaugural Data Governance Officer for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. After a long career in higher education, Sandy pivoted to focus on helping WisDOT implement and manage the data governance program. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
