Joshua Falk has been a Professional Engineer with the Wisconsin DOT NE region for the last 18 years, 14 of which have been in the Traffic section. Graduated from UW-Platteville with a Civil Engineering degree. Lives in Appleton, WI with his wife, Jamie, and 3 kids (Taylyn, Gavin, and Hudson).
