Matt Eiben is the Digital Project Delivery & Quality Manager in ODOT's Office of Geospatial & Engineering Technologies. Matt leads several initiatives as ODOT shifts toward model-based project delivery, working closely with talented colleagues and also driving other important projects forward. As a civil designer and computer-aided drafting and design professional with 29 years of experience, he has experience supporting all stages of project development and delivery. Prior to joining ODOT, he had 23 years of experience in transportation consulting. Matt holds an Associate in Specialized Technology Degree from Triangle Tech.
