Mica Flanagan has more than 25 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors. Her experience in Human Resources and Grants Administration led to her interest in Small Business and External Workforce Development for the Ohio Department of Transportation. In her role, Mica manages the On-the-Job Training Program, Mentor Protégé Program, and External Workforce Development Supportive Services Programs. Mica graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Human Resource Management), and a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Management. Mica’s passion lies in helping people achieve their full potential. She enjoys working in the public sector and spending time with family and friends.
