Luke has worked for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since 2022 and is the Chief over the Risk, Safety, and Fleet units. Prior to working for WisDOT, he spent 10 years in local law enforcement, serving as a training officer and law enforcement instructor. At WisDOT, he has spearheaded initiatives to modernize its PPE, confined space, and overall safety training programs.
