Julie is the Area Professional Services Manager for Illinois and Indiana at HDR. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed Structural Engineer and Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience designing structures and managing projects in the transportation industry. Julie is currently serving as the project manager for the BIM for Bridges and Structures pooled fund initiative, a collaborative effort of more than 20 states, FHWA, and the AASHTO Committee on Bridges and Structures.
