Chris Watts is a Principal Project Manager with Parsons whose specialty is managing the design of Alternative Delivery heavy civil projects. His experience includes being the Design Manager on MDOT's I-75 Segment 2, MoDOT's Improve I-70: Rocheport to Columbia, and KDOT's US 69 Express Design Build projects. Chris lives in St. Louis, MO, with his wife and son, who put up with his unhealthy obsession with the University of Illinois athletics.
