Ms. Tracy Nowaczyk is an Assistant State Highway Engineer for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Ms. Nowaczyk currently serves as lead for the Cabinet’s implementation of Performance Management. She has over 20 years of experience, including roles as a bridge designer, Branch Manager of Pavement Manager, and Director of Maintenance.
