Bridging The Future: Brent Spence Corridor Companion Bridge Project Tour
Get a first-hand look at one of the largest bridge projects in Ohio’s history and one of the nation’s most significant infrastructure mega projects. The Brent Spence Corridor Companion Bridge project broke ground in June 2026. This $4.05 billion project spans eight miles of I-71 and I-75. The project will construct a new double-decker companion bridge to carry interstate traffic, while upgrading the existing Brent Spence Bridge to carry local traffic between Cincinnati and Covington. Along with the companion bridge, the project includes numerous upgrades and improvements along the eight-mile stretch, reshaping how Ohio and Kentucky move, connect, and grow.
Take part in a multi-location tour starting at the historic Longworth Hall, home base for project engineers. Participants will gather for a brief presentation and Q&A session at Longworth Hall before watching a docked drone deployment from the roof, taking a live flyover of the Ohio River. Attendees will then head to the construction area for a first-hand look at the latest progress and hear about the improvements that will be made as the project moves forward.
