Queen City Cycling!: Pedal the Robust Multi-Modal Paths

Did you know that Cincinnati is home to the nation’s oldest continually operating bike shop? Not only is biking one of our nation’s early forms of transportation, but it is also a great way to see the sights and stay active. Join Tri-State Trails for a 2-hour guided bike ride viewing some of Cincinnati's transportation landmarks.

 

Discover why Cincinnati is the Queen City from behind the handlebars and experience some of Ohio’s most unique infrastructure. Behind every turn, there’s a story with national significance and a great view of the Ohio River Valley. Bicycles will be provided by Cincy Red Bike. Participants will enjoy:

· Stops at Beechmont Connector and Clough Connector

· A bike ride that offers a new ODOT perspective to safety advocates, fostering improved active transportation networks

· On-route guidance and information on area transportation landmarks

Event Details

Participants will be shuttled from the Convention Center to the bike starting point. Riders should plan to arrive by 8:30 AM, as the shuttle will depart at 8:45 AM. Once on site, a safety briefing and route introduction will be provided before the ride begins at about 10:00 AM. The ride will last approximately two hours. Participants should come prepared with athleisure wear, appropriate tennis shoes, and their own helmet, if able.
